Swiss company AEBI SCHMIDT takes over LADOG Fahrzeugbau
In November 2024, the AEBI SCHMIDT Group took over LADOG-Fahrzeugbau- und Vertriebs-GmbH.
The LADOG company will continue to operate as an independent company.
Operations will continue unchanged, the Zell am Harmersbach location with its approx. 60 employees will remain.
Managing Director Björn Guggenbühler and authorized signatory Brigitte Guggenbühler will continue to manage the LADOG company.

Our business relationship with LADOG will continue unchanged in the interests of Aebi-Schmidt.
We will continue to build the Cleaner N15 and N30 cleaning vehicles on the LADOG T1250 and T1700 as usual.
